Pretty sure one of the endings was for a daughter harem so there's that. Also one of the balance options was making Master Bloodline characters stronger. Making kids with demons is an easy way to get half demon characters but I'm not 100% sure on how trait/class/skill inheritance works and whether you can selectively breed your way into making an aryan ubermensch of a character.
Another thing is that using the egg candy to abort pregnancies results in unique items for some characters, only once though unless you pick the EP bonus to reset it. There's probably a list of them and their items on the jap wiki but I haven't checked.

Personally unless I don't know the character well enough or that they either don't actually have a proper weapon or there is no proper equivalent in Tensei-P, I keep their weapons according to what they use canonically. For example, keeping Yuuna from YuYuYu to using Fists when hammer/axes are better (especially with the Wu Sledgehammer from Item Synthesis), Tougou from the same series on a Bow, Karin also from the same series on a Katana instead of Sword/Spears (especially with all those strong Swords/Spears via Items Synthesis). This also applies if the character is built like a pure caster in Tensei-P (and thus Ritual weapons make most sense) but canonically they use a Sword or Rapier - I'll leave them on a Sword or Rapier instead, sometimes even putting them into the front line so that I can get them to (auto) melee stuff.

But well, I can mostly get away with all this because my team is almost always overleveled compared to the content. Even bosses that scale according to (You)r level or the highest level member in your character list (thus not just those in party) like a certain elevator lady, the scaling for them is only really designed with up to level 100 in mind - if your team is level 150, even if they are level 160 as a result, you can just plow through them like nothing anyway.

They appear in the random treasure chests, not drops from demons, so if you're sufficiently leveled you can just blaze through it with the appropriate anti-encounter skill/app/item. Also gives you an excuse to seek out SEES members you haven't kidnapped/recruited yet on the top floors, if you the character collector 'tism like I do. Once you've cleared Tartarus they'll still hang around until the number of SEES members drop to 3 (which triggers the script to announce their disbandment), so there's no reason not to do so unless you already have so many characters that you're constantly near the 500 character limit.

Just so you know, if you have 499 characters and someone joins you via an event, the game doesn't let them join for that cycle. This can potentially break quests and events where the character is strictly required to complete the quest/event chain. This information is especially important if you Contract a lot of characters over, like me (I have over 300 characters I always Contract over right now)

All of them can work in the Restaurant, and have at least 8100 stamina so that I can get all of them to work in the Coal Mines at least 4 times. About 50-60 of them can also do Concert work, so they perform those instead of working the Coal Mines. If you intend on selling male characters, unless you're doing that shop's requests and it's asking specifically for a male character, always TS them prior to selling. MtF TS characters are always true Virgins when you switch'em over, so it's a free +100% sale price modifier.

Note that if the character isn't a V-Virgin (TS'd or female), you can't try to cheat the system by TS'ing them to male and then back to female. The game does remember whether they're still V-Virgin or not, and whether it's True Virgin or Restored Virgin. This also applies if the (female) character was never virgin in the first place - you gotta give out that 2.5mil yen or so medicine to make them True Virgin again. Depending on the sales price of the character, the +100% sales modifier from True Virgin can offset the 2.5mil cost to make them so.
