This is going to sound like a dumb question, but when companies make new voice banks for an updated engine like Miku going from V2->V3->V4->NT->V6 soon, do they make the voice provider re-record everything, or do they just use the original samples and rework them for the new engine, barring sounds that didn't exist then? Obviously some cases like Teto being a 15 year old girl with a cold on a webcam mic in 2008 vs SV presumably being new recordings exist, but for big company ones like AHS, or Internet Co. or Crypton?
