I can clear the new challenge if I rent a maxed out Satori because she can negate the enemy field effect that is active on turn 1 and deals enough damage to drain the first HP bar for all characters when she has the buff from NY Marisa. Major problem is that NN is on a greedy spree, they are implying us to spend money to redo our wardrobe with both yin and single target lw units, mostly epic, this year unit spam was a fucking killer, you literally have no time nor good units to trio farm ema token cards on newer and much shittier DS stages, tokens do have a shitty rate than cards, they worsened unit drop rate even on DS unit rituals.

You literally are at least 2 years too late, if you don't spend you have to rely on buddies and hope they do have good cards, cause I've seen many buddies sporting MV Kasen, Shinki, Mima, NY Marisa and other units without their bis.

Pchama is probably thinking that his decisions are the best, but right now they only he managed to do is to drive away old players and cockblock new ones who are just leaving after a couple of months. Couple of months ago I literally removed around 15 players, most of them well past 200th lvl, replaced them with new buddies, and now all but 3 of them have already left, one even deleted his own account.

If you are not willing to maximize the free gaining by babysitting the game 24/7, spend at least 300$ a month for extra gibs, you'd better by rolling for something else.

I love this game (I played it since release), but is terrible not friendly with newcomers.
The main reason? The general card pool (items you equip to your characters to make them stronger in stats and effects) and general character pool are horribly made. There is almost nothing valuable, because they never add higher rarity units/cards to the general pool; the only way to get them is on their respective rate-up banner/multibanner. Therefore, if you wanna do endgame content like the Tower (floor by floor enemies getting stronger), Divergent Spirits (the main source to farm Free to Play useful cards) or Eternal Battlefront (Sometimes ranked leaderboard thing / sometimes farming F2P useful cards) is to wait for reruns pulling only for meta and not waifu, and at least a year I would say until you are barely strong enough. That or to pay, like the other Anon said.
Besides, the game rewards you if you babysit it checking it every 2 hours or leaving your phone/pc turned on farming, so, yeah, I don't like nor recommend that either.
So, yeah, game wise, keep playing Uma Musume. At least there they add all the characters and support chard to the general banner. Funny game, by the way.

I don't want to say something that maybe it's false information, but I do remember that around 2023ish the collection banner they run either before or after anniversary, had its price reduced to 200GC for 10 pulls, these 600GC were well spent.

When asked to redo cheap step ups for UFES 60->160->260->etc they only did it once for Flandre and Kokoro Lr

They never rerun 48h rotating banners with shared exchange points, last one was probably pre 2024 anniversary, banner was split into 2 parts and pt1 exchange points were removed for them (go fucking figure why)

The reason of zero reruns or very shitty ones, it's because these fuckers are running metrics on everything, so if the number of pulls is under 99% they simply decide to scrap them

Past UFES reruns were also more forgiving, meaning that investing less 600GC you could fetch both units from a single banner.

Now, even if we spend GC and a guaranteed UFES is granted, are you willing to spend DPD on it? Is she worth it? Between UFES and Retro there is not much difference, they come in numbers, cut them in half and then half of what you pick is maybe worth to be named for multiple DS that are not getting any kind of rerun, or to farm story cards which right now due NN bullshittery are pretty much useless.

Also remember the prices of DPD packages have increased for whatever happy merchant reasons are keeping Pchama's boat afloat.

New players will never catch up, mind you, my alt account literally got 10 epics for literal nothing, all 4 genics in less than 100 pulls per unit, it also got MV Kasen and F1 Marisa. I don't know if NN was trying to have me spend money on my alt account or what, even if I bring genics and Kasen at 100 I'm uncapable to run any kind of content that requires cards from epic banners and very specific DS cards.

I mean, sure, new players in 5 months will have plenty of time to clear around 250 tower floors by simply spamming LW by using just L1 and A universe units, past 300th floor the bullshit will hit the fan pretty hard, 2t everything will slowly start to became or become whatever ESL, fuck you, I was saying will turn into 4 to more turns, the more you stall the more time will take, and if they get filtered by the first 100 tower floors is a gg as they will start to think that the game is a fucking sponge fest with extra steps and they will simply abandon the ship

A week after the eyepatch Kokoro banner ended in jap, MV Kokoro got her banner. I am not sure if there were ever any new alts directly following a new alt. Jap wiki has a list of all banners but the game had so many banners over the years and they do not mark rerun banners as reruns so you yourself would have to remember who was a rerun and who was new while checking the list.

There are different types of dolls in this game based on character rarity. Basic dolls for the characters that need 150 rolls to spark or can just be gained with the basic character selector tokens. They hand those dolls out all the time in pretty much every event. SFES dolls that are used for the characters that require 250 rolls to spark. Relic dolls that are used for the music video characters or the PC98 2hus. EX dolls that are used only for the EX versions of characters and are surprisingly common. EFES dolls that are used for the characters that for the characters that require 400 rolls to spark which includes all the beach 2hus. Sadly EFES has become a very common rarity type for banners these days. It will take a while to get high rarity dolls because you usually get 1 each month unless it is a special time like anniversary or some extra challenge is active. Unless you buy them of course. There is also an extra high rarity type for characters that has no dolls that can be gained as a F2P and require pink cubes to even roll in the banner. Only way to even get those characters at all as a F2P is to randomly get lucky in special anniversary character banners that may have those characters in the pool at a very low chance.

Some of the effects of those skills are also gone for sure; for example, you can't tap on any unit or card after the second one because the game thinks you haven't unlocked those slots yet even if they're already filled.

Guys, something they announced in Bakacord (the mods said, not the trannies. well, the mods are also trannies, but you get the idea) is that you get more points in the boss fight farming the 2 wave stage than the 1 wave one.
Why? because you defeat 4 enemies instead of 1.
1 clear in lunatic gives 5 boss points, so 5 x 4 = 20

One thing you can not see is if someone actually went further than just getting to 300 luck and also reduced the characters cost as far as possible which requires draining all your luck multiple times. Each 300 you see could be whaled on an even higher level than you can even see on the rental screen.
