Having not really read anything in this discussion, here's my take on the whole "how would Marisa react to being rejected thing".
First though, I think it's important to understand something about Marisa's character. She's very conscious of how she presents herself to others, and she values this image of a competent and confident magician that she's cultivated. I don't think she'd give a big theatrical reaction upon being rejected, if anything she'd play up how nonplussed she is, but that's not to say that she wouldn't be hurting. If I had even an ounce of artistic talent and could make a comic like in op that shows genuine heartbreak on Marisa's part, I'd probably lay it out like:

First Panel: A genuine expression of surprise from Marisa, uttering something like "...but...."
Second Panel: Marisa puts on her metaphorical mask, her expression changes to an unconcerned one, accentuated by a sigh and a shrug. "Are you really going to turn down such a cute girl? You might not get another chance like this, you know? ...Well, your loss."
Third Panel: Cut to an exterior shot of Marisa's home, dusk is just setting in.
Fourth Panel: Marisa is sitting at her desk, hands clenched together, staring off into space.
Fifth Panel: Marisa puts her head down and begins silently sobbing to herself.

Maybe you don't see it that way, and neither do I, but judging from the last thread, there certainly are quite a few people for whom the appeal is in the act of rejection itself, the feeling of power it provides and the pain inflicted. Personally, I'm more interested in the emotional repercussions of such an act rather than the act itself, as well as the narrative possibilities it might bring, but for a lot of people, it's about enjoying the suffering of another, which I'd definitely call sadistic.

What does that even mean? What qualities are you looking for in a rejection hu?
If you mean "Hu that presents a confident or arrogant persona but actually has a fragile enough ego that a rejection would severely hurt them and would likely result in a big reaction", then I guess Cirno, Kanako, Tenshi, Aya, Shinmyoumaru, Sumireko, Joon, Yachie, Son Biten, and maybe Megumu or Sanae (MoF Sanae for sure, post-character development Sanae is a bit harder to place).
If you just want as pitiful a situation as possible, then I think it'd probably make most sense to focus on more human and troubled hus, Marisa Sakuya Alice etc.
I think there are three special mentions that are worth going over as well, which I guess would make them peak "rejection coded", those being Parsee, Ariya and Seija.
Parsee and Ariya already have rejection baked into their backstories, so I'd imagine a situation where they built up enough confidence to break through those feelings and ask someone out only to get rejected would sting extra hard.
Seija's entire characterization is being this facetious piece of shit that pushes everyone else away, so I feel like this scenario where she actually shows genuine vulnerability for once only to be hurt in return would hurt in a way you wouldn't really get with any other hu.
Imagining hus getting emotionally hurt just for an ego boost is pretty gay though, for me I just really enjoy tragedy.
