I'm finally watching Love Live Sunshine after all this time so I had to take a moment to remember why I never watched this while it was still relevant to anything (shit even the isekai is two years ago now). #1 is that 2016 is when I stopped watching anything as it aired during summer. But I quickly remembered that #2 was that while the OG at least had mostly experienced regular seiyuu to carry the awful voice acting of the first years (sorry Shikaco but you were still pretty bad in 2013) I was put off that the entire Sunshine cast was complete newbies and people from out of the industry and damn was I right because the moment Yohane opened her mouth was the first time I felt the experience of watching an English anime dub in Japanese.
