A lot of people online talk more about its prototype than the actual finished game becuse it originally was gonna be a groundbreaking 3d game bit it wlund up on the gameboy advance.

Either way it has a cult following becuse of how sad, emotional and thought provoking the finished game was.

I personally dont think its a very good game but the story it tells is pretty good and when oeople talk about its beta its very interesting.

Really fond of the game, though it's obviously not perfect. Played it when I was young (Well, about 12-14) and have very fond memories of it. But even when I look at it today i think it did a lot right.

It definitely did a lot of things right, it's the gameplay that wasn't very good, it doesn't give the player much freedom and it gets boring and frustrating too fast but the story it told still inspires me to this day. Also the music is kickass,

One of my favourite games of all time, I think all aspects of it are good and I especially love the rhythm battle mechanics that it has along with the character instruments, genuinely incredible game design and imo the best turn based combat purely because of that plus some other things like the Mother scrolling health bar mechanic.
