What's it like actually living in Japan as a foreigner?
>>50538578ask /trv/
>>50538627lol noBasically it's the same shit as back home in the USA once you can read signage and realize everything is just an ad and needs to be explained 731 times because yes, most people here are legit NPC mode. Once you get in a routine most people stop caring, I've only had my neighbor (well guy below my place) yell at me once because he was drunk and I came home in cosplay. The good:can pass out on the street leave my phone at the bar for 5 minutes without urban youth issuestrains are GOATyou can basically find ANYTHING without going to temufood is pretty good i guessmost people stick to themselvesthe USD to yen is goodThe bad:gyms are lackluster along with getting things like workout supplements and balanced diet no the veggie juice doesn't countquality of apartments here is kinda dicey, proper heating and cooling is a real issue for manif your a large frame clothing can be an issuemannerisms annoy you after a whilepay is low unless you are a contractor or well skilledDunno moving to hawaii so w/e been fun in Japan
>>50538652did you sleep with a lot of japanese women?

>>50538578BOCCHIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!
I just had a really fucked up idea. Japan's going through a bear problem right now. And Japan's Red District full of scammers right? Send the bears over to the red district and have the 2 problems fight against each other and hopefully they both take each other out.

>>50545444that streamer guy is based, when he told that guy "go back to Africa" was peak, hopefully Japanese politicians are hearing of this video
>>50538578I thought it was really hard. I temporarily went over in 2018 for 8 months to help onboard a new department for the multinational I used to work at.The reason it's hard is less the language barrier and more the cultural barrier. I had an okay foreigner level of Japanese comprehension, like good enough to succeed at my corporate task while I was there. But I really wasn't prepared for the culture shock at all. I should clarify I'm an American, and so Japanese culture is pretty much the opposite of American culture, which is perfectly fine, but it's difficult to adapt to if you're not prepared. And I think if you're more of a typical weeb then you should really be prepared for the proverbial freight train to hit you after you recover from your jet lag and a few weeks pass. It's like a delayed collision.
