But in history cultures are always changing and adapting. The majority of Japanese people do not use the concept of cultural appropriation, the vast majority do not get angry if a westerner wears a kimono or yukata, and the few people in general who use the concept of cultural appropriation base their arguments in the fact your giving Japanese/Black/whatever-owned businesses more money.
