Yuubari really should have had a kai ni form where she stays at 4 slots but she can equip anything a CL can equip in all those slots, and also 1 aircraft in at least one of those slots. And no reduction of her firepower or speed.

Jets would help with taking out more enemies along the way and taking out DDs in the boss node.
