So I found out that riceballman/maso (A artist who was involved in making yukkuri's popular back in the day) put up a replacement website after his original one went down. All his SJIS works are saved there.But it turns out neo Firefox does NOT allow you to override Text Encoding for legacy pages. They just took away the option to do so completely. Even a add-on made for that specific purpose doesn't work either. It seems that Chrome cannot correctly detect Shift-JIS encoding properly in all cases, which is becoming a hassle for me while doing research on Japanese webpages that haven't been updated in many years... At least Firefox lets me manually select Shift-JIS.And this is a problem in Google Chrome too.So basically you cannot see SJIS encoding in any way.Please /jp/, if you know any way to return this website to its original shape.
