That's not a bad thing since it's pretty obviously meant to be a quick and easy read. The writer says I should be able to solve this and gives a few hints, but I'm not smart enough to figure it out>So what the hell actually happened when Sakura died? Kotarou says that he thought he saw Erika pushing his wife off the cliff and that's why he cut off her head, but then Erika says she was trying to save Sakura, and Gotou mentions it's weird Kotarou would think his mother was trying to drop his wife when dropping and trying to pick up are two very different motions, plus then it's revealed to have been Eiichirou who cut off his wife's head, not Kotarou all along so maybe Kotarou wasn't even there and the whole story is bullshit and he was just stalling for time/distracting everyone? >Did Kotarou ever have sex with his dead mushroom wife in the cave next to the mummy?

might as well rant about コブラミッションi actually think it's balanced pretty well, you can't beat the final boss unless you use EVERY single tool at your disposition, and the game world in itself is pretty coolbut the gameplay is fucking atrocious. it's literally unplayable without a 10x fastforward hotkey. and even then you have to spend hours on mindless farming. i started cheating half-way through and it was still a chore because of random encounters interrupting everything i did every 5 secondsafter this, the first dragon knight and little princess, i think i'm ready for any kusoge at this point. can't get any worse than this in the 90s

Anyone feel like modern nukige are just bad for the most part? Part of what made me enjoy them so much back in the day was that they did a lot of fun or interesting stuff in addition to the porn. Stuff like Lune's pre-Saimin games, May-be Soft, Biman and even Lilith's stuff or going even further back to Silkys/Elf's stuff. I could almost guarantee I'd be in for something that's worth reading not just for the porn when playing one of these.The only companies still making somewhat interesting nukige are Clock Up/Waffle (and Dark One with Sakusei Byoutou if that counts). Which makes the vast majority of good stuff I've played in recent years dlsite doujin games.
