So the real question is if the cuprit is Seiga here. Satori was with her and was threatened as soon as she tried to read her mind. Then we get Yoshika out cold shortly after which was pretty suspect because she was the one who lead her to Seiga just moments ago. Only problem is there's no motive to go off here for Seiga as it seems whoever is behind it is trying to frame Mizuchi to get rid of her or it could be a sort of copycat. But she's also nowhere to be seen with her zombie knocked dead and Satori out cold. She's still the number 1 suspect here so I guess we just have to hope she turns up or Satori wakes back up to clear things up.

My schizo conspiracy theory is that Seiga was supposed to be in this scene.Mamizou's always been known as a somewhat Myouren-aligned figure, so it doesn't really make sense to me for Ichirin to react so negatively to her showing up. Especially with the dialogue specifically making mention of the temple being a holy place, something that Seiga would probably scoff at.
