I only ended up with a couple of the higher tier cards. I wish I had gotten a 2nd copy of the card that is on NY Marisa because it is really good for her. I have a big pile of cards that are not even in use or raised to level 10 because no one really wants them.

I use NY Koishi, Mugetsu and lvl 70 NY Marisa. Marisa's purpose is buffs / damage amp for 30 sp farm. Mugetsu swaps turn 1 to the front with yukkuri to avoid delaying with freeze. Marisa should be pretty much replaceable with another stored power unit who swaps with another yukkuri.

For anyone who never had a chance to check out the Friend Specific EXP Quests and wondered about the details like I did:
- +57,000 friend experience/clear
- +195 account experience/clear
- There are no differences between stages aside from the required friend. Same enemies, same bg, same bgm (Greenwich Debris).
- Always drops a combination of 4 bronze-level (no more, no less) books and 23-29 gold.
- Stage does count as a daily stage for tasks.
- Your limit does not refresh with daily maintenance. You get 20 total clears per stage, not 20 per day.

Does NY Satori has her best in slot story card fully leveled up? Maybe you should try to pair F1 Koishi instead of NY Satori? Yang units usually work better than Yin + Yang.
If the problem is not to finish the enemies but to go through gauges - So you have another Moon breaker? Maybe you can swap her turn 1 in case freeze or turn order is an issue.

No problem with Satori desu, she easily wipes out the final HP bar after the swap. The problem is in the 2nd HP bar, for some reason, the triple LW from the front doesn't outright delete Orin and Okuu's HP bar in some instances, even after having two accuracy buffs from skills.

Who goes first? Both Sakuya and Koishi have quick skills which can mess the order if unused on first turn.
Does Sakuya carry Lunar Capital Statis Plan for debuff purposes or The Moon and Izayoi for additional damage? If Koishi is not going last for some reason, let her finish the deal: pore girl can't debuff with her LW unless you put a new limited EB card with Metal+Laser buffs in her LW slot.

Jap tower will be up to 630 after the next update and I am always at the current top floor. Tower is super easy if you only have to clear 10 floors. I even try to challenge myself by clearing each set of 10 floors without using the healing option at all. Even with current floors this still works.

Armchair game design blogpost.
With so many units available, NN really should adjust their model to make reruns a regular occurrence. I propose two systems:
1. Two dedicated weekly rerun banners. One banner is for Epic/Relic/Genic and another for Ultra/EX. Each banner features 2-3 units of appropriate rarity on rate-up each week. If reruns were evenly distributed, as they should be, every applicable unit would get at least one rerun a year from these banners. The pools should include all units of their respective rarities older than a year to allow for spooks. Only friends on rate-up may be exchanged and only once per friend per banner. These banners carry over exchange points from week to week.
2. Make forever prayers a regular occurrence; every two weeks. The pools only consist of A-FES and higher rarities, no L1s. Consequently this makes A-verse friends helpful to new accounts as they would be a regular source of friends stronger than L1s but still buildable through standard dolls.

The goals are thus:
1. Give collectors and fans of less popular hus assurance that there will always be another opportunity to acquire a particular friend. There will be a wait involved but it will happen.
2. Give newer accounts fair opportunity to acquire friends released prior to their account creation date.
3. Tempt people with friends they wouldn't normally go for because they ended up with most of an MLB through chance.
4. Loosen the stranglehold meta has on people's cubes. Players are tight with their cubes because they feel they must. Let players understand splurging or a big streak of bad luck will not irrecoverably leave their account in the dust.
5. Give A-FES units a niche.
6. Encourage building dupes for fate/luck purposes.
7. Inject more excitement into the game. When people roll now, they either cheer they got the banner unit (or card) they were expecting or grumble they didn't. With valuable spooks on the table, they might end up with a positive surprise!

You're right that the demand for cards will increase with the supply of units. The dispatch campaign was great. I wish they kept it among the rotating weekly bonuses, like the school multiplier, main story/hifuu drop multiplier, double mirror stages, double task rewards (they should run that one more often too...), etc.
While I don't expect them to rerun that campaign again I'd appreciate it if there were even a regularly appearing lesser version where the VS DS Rituals were farmable instead. It's a solution that is expandable and still gives newer accounts something to grind to get a foot in the door towards clearing DSes.
Heck, if NN wants to restrict the cards by stage so players have a reason to engage with the later story stages, they can work it so that the stages instead drop a new set of Emas to be exchanged for legacy DS cards.

Not all cards can be winners. That's just the nature of power creep and trying new approaches to stage/card design. There's still a little value to be had from low-demand cards for journal entries and Collection milestones. A lot of the fun during the transitional stage of the game was ghetto-rigging some Frankenstein of a set-up with your budding collection and finding something that actually works even if it takes a lot of turns or more SP than you'd like. These sketch set-ups offer a longterm goal and give the player something to continue working towards.

One of my favorite parts about DS reruns is being able to look at what my replay team looked like and often seeing how dated the card loadout is. Nothing like seeing a friend equipped with 4 Witch of Scarlet Dreams and a DS card on the LW.
