Please help me to use HUNT and WAIT propperly because I can't.
I selected these hunts and I thought that by choosing one and then selecting Fight! it would work but it doesn't. If I select Fight! then it gets to the general action choosing screen. I thought that it enables Water Hunt but it doesn't and a normal Slash Hunt happens

Bit of a late reply but it ultimately depends on what you wanna go with aesthetics-wise since I don't think you inherit the resistances/skills of the demon you fuse with, it just gives you a sharp boost in EXP and MAG, as well as alter you to a Half-Demon with certain body parts and racial shifts depending on the demon you fused with (and I think eventually to a full demon if you do it multiple times over). So if you fused with Fafnir, you'd become a dragon man/woman with the tail and the wings and whatnot, if you fused with Yatsufusa you'd inherit his beast aspects, etc.
Though from my experience sometimes you're able to do it with some demons and sometimes you can't and I'm not 100% what prevents/allows you to fuse with a demon yourself.
Wiki information is really fucky and the explanation you get from the Cathedral guide is really basic so you kind of have to do it yourself and check how it works by saving and testing with your fall state 2 demons because otherwise you're kinda shit out of luck.

Danmaku is a game. The game was introduced to reduce lethality of conflict and also to give weaker people a fighting chance in battle. In Gensokyo it's actually considered a girl's game, which is why not many boys take part in it. Male yokai who cause trouble tend to just get murdered instead for that reason. Either is fine actually. It depend of the equipped gun. At the start being in the front row allows your character to hit everyone, being in the back row not so much.
It all depend of your set up, by end game quests and missions, being on the back row isn't as important since everyone has Area Attacks.
Doing the SMT1 Storyline is a good idea. It has armors and special weapons depending of the route you picked. The Law Gun is better for someone who doesn't have Gunslinger, but the Chaos one is great.

The fun is Yes. Despite being called a class you can use to destroy everything, it's also stupidly fun. DHDante has Gunslinger 3 so he can use most bullets, his skills are meish other than Showtime and Twosome Time.
DHVergil has katana and is a machine of pure offense, all of his skills are good and multi elements. It can also evade and counter attack.
The only weird thing is that it's Devil Trigger skill, for some reason, it doesn't have Vergil's Judgment Cut End.

I'm sad to report that once you become the ruler there's no unique scenes, given that it's an ending. You get the takeover scene and that's pretty hot, but beyond that, it's back to business as usual. An ideal scenario would be having written out reverse scenes for the events to show you as the one in charge, but that would probably only function properly if Remilia got spitroasted with strapons or something. Alternatively, it's incredibly potent shameplay where you creampie her in front of everyone with the different 'main visitors' egging you on and humiliating her or whoever else you got your hands on and felt like taking revenge against.

Hey guys, first time player of AnonTW here (technically second time, but got filtered by the grind the first time). For context, I dunno anything about the touhous. I played the first one (the one that plays like arkanoid) god knows how long ago, but aside from that I only know of them through doujins and memes. Started in SDM (I'm assuming that means Scarlet Devil Mansion). Got some questions.

As far as I'm concerned, Requiem remains a curated experience focused on its core gameplay loop instead of throwing in wildly divergent functionality that clashes significantly with the rest of the game, alongside a focus on simplicity within menus to prevent bloat and make them easy-to-use, and keep a consistent approach to the separation between the core game code and materials and the character dialogues, where the dialogues focus heavily on authorial freedom and flexibility in how they approach and write their characters, while the main game stuff regarding them is kept generic and expected to have a consistent tone.

Requiem does have marriage and concubinage however, which is a pretty major feature of its own, and there's a new major feature slated for release with the Fossilized Wonders update, so you can look forward to that eventually, though I'm not going to spoil the surprise.

Basically it lets you recruit characters that die in the real game. You had to wait for Shinjiro to join SEES(which means leaving after you cleared 25), then clear 35(should see an event with a bloodstain) to 40 without leaving. Done right you will fight Chiori on floor 40 and have the option to take her home. Additionally Shinjiro won't die there and you can recruit him or let him stay in SEES.

I'm not so sure I'd call it easy to fuck up, but there is unlocking loli Bael by clearing the ayato love route of giten and fighting the strongest version of Bael. Not much point to it ever since the old(pre P) enemy skills only change and I'm pretty sure she's in the strange demon shop these days besides. Oh. And getting Hazama(IF....) was bit involved too(make all the heroines fall for you and then do the final dungeon with them in your party, then find the secret invisible door part way through).

Never tried TW with a femc but I did a few runs with a femc in megaten. There's an event chain where you whore yourself out to a superior for a rather pitiful amount of cash while his subordinate that tells you when the superior is calling you develops some obsessive crush on the femc and there's a few bad ends you can get depending on your choices. Also a few dungeon encounters have an option to get fucked instead of fighting or paying money. I rushed endings during those runs so I don't know how many characters, if any, react in dialogue to a female mc.

I played a bit with femc on TW and no. Whatever "progression" this game has (mostly farming achievements) relies mostly on impregnating women. Not having a dick means that you just get less options to do during sex for no payoff at all. Playing as futa is the best of both worlds, as girls don't care if you enter their spaces but you can still impregnate them.

What I don't know is if characters with custom dialogue say anything original if you only have a vagina. I don't know if giving literally everyone else dicks also does anything, but from what I remember the wording on cheevos explicitly says you have to be the one putting children on people.
