how much would you pay for Touhou lego sets?
>>50697895I don't purchase licensed series slop or any set that does not contain yellow people.
>>50697895I'd rather have Touhou Playmobil 2bh
>>50697931Well touhous are Japanese so that ought to be yellow enough
>>50697931>>50698042As far I recall.. the modern Lego and even Playmobil ALWAYS have one person of color in any of their set.>>5069789520 bucks.
>>50697895A trillion dollars whether i like it or not because Lego is way too expensive nowadays.
>>50697895afaik in the lego official site where you can submit builds as proposals for sets, touhou is specifically banned
>>50701861It's because touhou is an IP they'd have to negotiate and pay forThey could still do it, but it would be on their time when, unless ZUN for whatever reason flatly refuses
>>50697895Not as much as they'd charge for them
Sadly i cannot see it happening. The IP problem as >>50701861 mentioned is one thing. If i recall correctly there already were touhou submissions that were cancelled.Another much bigger problem is that Lego has strict policy against certain themes - including portrayal of religions. And that would obviously prevent many sets and even chartacters from being shown in lego sets. The best we could hope would be Marisa/Alice house with Marisa/Alice/Patchy minis, maybe something like Geidontei set with Miyoi/Suika/Aya/Mamizou or if they decided to make extra large set SDM/Eientei.Which is a fucking shame because Touhou Legos would be amazing.
>>50709998>including portrayal of religions.Didn't they do some sort of Chinese monkey god and buddha set?
>>50709998>Lego has strict policy against certain themes - including portrayal of religionsWhat a bunch of pussies, another point to Playmobil.
>>50712302They did Journey to the West adaptation, but without touching Buddhism part, for what I know.
>>50712302Monke kid is still more of mythology than actual religion. On top of that Lego are massive hypocrites. They cancelled Osprey rescue helicopter set because "It could be associated with US army" but they have no issues making Star WARS sets for past 30 years.
>>50709998Damn that's a shame
>>50697895A lot
