Jokes [mostly] aside I've completed a few more characters though since time become a bit more available.>LoRA trainingThere was an old rentry guide that an anon had made to cover the basics when it first became possible to train them but there's tons of guides to read from nowadays. The number one thing to training anything is having a quality dataset. That means images that clearly represent what the AI needs to learn. For characters I tend to tag traits that I want to be able to change, like clothing. Makes it a bit easier to change their outfits. The things I don't tag are what I want to be baked in, characters traits like their hair (short, long) and eye colours. This is how I did all the Lennies. You can also just put an activation token that's tagged on the all images, which will bring out the character with their outfit intact. Less flexibility but it works if that's your goal.For styles I'll tag as much as I can in an image. I'd imagine concepts are the same these days, I haven't trained one since the earlier days after the NAI leak.This is to say that this is how I've trained LoRAs. I definitely don't know all the technical stuff behind it all, but it seems to be working for me (and hopefully others who used my models!). I can help out if you gather a dataset for whatever you want to train when that time comes, or answer any other questions you might have the best I can. I'm, inpainting at 0.2-0.25 (even 0.3) denoise, 20 blur, 32 padding and a 1280x1280 area. As for what I'm inpainting I sort of selected the area between the eye and the nose AKA where I drew the lines. For some reason it's just... not doing anything? My output is coming out exactly the same. I tried inpainting with my usual inpaint settings too but it's not working either. Gonna have to try it with the LoRA now....for all my arguments defending my style as being able to properly convey age, I really can't make this look like anything else other than Rika with a different outfit. Can always mask the parts that come out well over the original in an editor if you don't like the surrounding changes. And don't forget the haggy tags. mature_female, aged_up, wrinkled_skin - sometimes bumping these up to as high as 1.5 helps. The LORA's primarily body/head proportions in any event. FWIW I don't use it at all in i2i.
