The number one thing to training anything is having a quality dataset. That means images that clearly represent what the AI needs to learn. For characters I tend to tag traits that I want to be able to change, like clothing. Makes it a bit easier to change their outfits. The things I don't tag are what I want to be baked in, characters traits like their hair (short, long) and eye colours. This is how I did all the Lennies. You can also just put an activation token that's tagged on the all images, which will bring out the character with their outfit intact. Less flexibility but it works if that's your goal.For styles I'll tag as much as I can in an image. I'd imagine concepts are the same these days, I haven't trained one since the earlier days after the NAI leak.This is to say that this is how I've trained LoRAs. I definitely don't know all the technical stuff behind it all, but it seems to be working for me (and hopefully others who used my models!). There's actually two reflection assets one is the regular reflection and the other is an "in peril" reflection used for when you're going up against one of the final bosses (so it doesn't have to be a scared reflection, could be like gritted teeth or even a cocky smirk)-gameboy sprite - used for the brief cutscene when you transition from completing a night to the salvaging section and mainly for the Nightmare Animatronic final boss fight-Your character's corpse for the gameover screen against the super ultimate bossand all the different art assets for the ending sequences (An obituary photograph, your character lounging at home on the couch, your character with Wario at a steakhouse, a "where are they now" photograph for the super ultimate good ending etc)(optional)Icon & Splash art - used for the extras menuSo I spent a while editing the "Outside art" for Nina, realised it looked kinda shit and just lazily grabbed some fanart for her selection art, her fullbody art bucket tool'd black for the silhouette and her ZUN art for her reflection.
