I used to do webms 2-3+ years ago, lost the time/gumption to and somebody(s) else stepped up so let it be. Now that the cam is on YouTube I haven't been able to get back to it.

Yeah, 4MB.
I remember seeing something on github that transcoded mp4 -> webm while automatically adjusting bitrate to always hit 4MB. Never tried it, though I found the idea useful if I ever starting posting webms
