The Miku Expo sound engineer needs to learn a few things. That was waaaaay too loud for the space and the instruments really had no separation. I had to go to the lobby to get earplugs.I like that the dancing was consistent across 16 years of songs. I've seen videos where some dances were performed by someone who just wasn't channeling Miku. I went to Miku Expo Toronto which featured a 2view named Yonoco, and also Yunosuke, Jamiepaige and Vane lily. Great sets from all, really fire. And jamiepaige is cute.. Rather than it being Mesmerizer clones, I think it just hit the fact Teto duets with Miku incredibly well and that resulted in a sudden realization. It is trend chasing, but the trend chasing resulted in actual bangers. Most everybody has at least a couple of songs they will vehemently defend even if they're in the Mikuteto slop zone.The rival dynamic also gives a lot more to play off of.
