I simply see her as a realistic woman, as opposed to the idealized portrayal of Kyou. Kyou becomes a celibate schoolteacher if you don't go for her, Ryou gets another boyfriend five seconds after you dump her (and will probably rape him if he's ever hospitalized). Makes Kyou look like a saint in comparison.

The way she tried to talk the protag into kissing him even though he was together with her sister comes off as malicious to me. She knew she had something going with Okazaki and betrayed her sister in this way. It made me really angry to read that.
