I'd like to think he very carefully explained to her they are very valuable and can be sold for money. Or his will dictated what happened to them

>>64180544
If you're at all interested in guns, like people on /k/ should be, and you're American, you know about the NFA, GCA, FoPA with the bullshit Hughes ammendment, the AWB, and why the faggots in congress not overruling the parlimentarian on removing cans from the NFA despite taxes going to $0 was fucking spineless. Heston got a lot of press for "cold dead hands" but the guy was a rich actor, he didn't want plebs owning guns.

Goes to estate sales most of the time. I have a family member that runs an auction house and has scored some neat stuff.
>>
James Earl Jones had a good sized collection and he began to sell it off in the years before he died. After you won the auction, it would come with a signed letter.
>>
>>64178820

How the fuck did this raging "I loved niggers before it was cool" leftoid who literally voted for the 1968 Gun Control Act wind up being the face of the NRA in the 90s?

It's almost as if he wanted to increase the value of his collection or something.

It was decades later he became NRA president. People can alter their viewpoints after looking at various evidence and facts and then performing their own analysis and critical thinking.

Nixon (supported banning handguns) and Reagan were gungrabbers too (Hughes amendment, supported banning assault weapons), and the NRA supported the original 1994 assault weapons ban
>>
>>64180558
>>64187430
That was the old NRA in the pre-2010s.
the new, post-1990s-AWB, populist nationalist gun culture (aka not the 'boomer' gun culture) supports semiautomatic rifles and pistols strongly and also a lot more of them have knowledge that the century-old NFA and other later laws like GCA '68 and Hughes Amendment are bullshit. Suppressors are but one device that have made under-50 firearms newcomers widely aware of the old NFA/GCA/Hughes tomfoolery, as well as what a scam the NRA ran for decades hand-in-glove with national (Republican) politician leadership. Add in, as well the 2008 Heller and 2022 Bruen U.S. Supreme Court rulings
People are waking up and reclaiming their real 2A rights nationwide
>>
>>64180544
This but unironically, except for the multipolar hour bit. Hughes Amendment and shit is common knowledge here, even for non-Americans.
