Based on how it looks and some older similar fuck ups, it was either something wrong with the technical state of the plane (e.g. engine fuckin' up and not providing the thrust which was expected) or technical state being different compared to what the pilot trained before (e.g. he was doing stuff on a half-empty fuel tank, but got a fully filled up plane).
