camera density per km^2 is a lot higher
>>64183449Both sides are broke and exhausted. Obviously Russia to a greater extent but you're not looking at maneuver warfare on anything but scooters and bikes for the most part. Starting to take on the appearance of the 2020 Nagorno Karabakh war more than 7 Days to the Rhine.
>>64183449Cheap precision fires (FOVs mostly) have made it so concentrating enough to properly hold ground is fatal.
>>64183516>Both sides are broke and exhaustedNo, Ukraine is most certainly stronger than ever and is winning.
>>64183449Because every single inch of the front is watched all the goddamn time by everything from satellites to drones to ground reports and cameras. Couple that with far reaching high precision munitions and a relatively flat and empty theatre and it's whar you get. Can't lump up for major defenses or offenses, Can't commit to heavy pushes, front becomes more porous and dispersed.
>>64183681I'm glad you're still fired up for them, as they do deserve to win, but war is not good for anyone. Clearing UXO, recovering from tens of thousands of deaths, treating hundreds of thousands of crippling injuries, it's not sustainable. Their economy can recover like Vietnam's but to say they're "stronger than ever" is like posting hopeful comments on Facebook to a guy who has had his legs blown off.
>>64183681>Ukraine is most certainly stronger than ever and is winning.Maybe in wonderland they are but the reality is that both sides are losing steam. Russia is still attempting to do meat waves but at a smaller scale and now seem to be running dry on ammunition. Ukraine doesn't have the luxery of tossing Indians and backwater asians to fight for them. Russia is winning so far but at a snails pace and is willing to take a shit ton of casualties to gain small amounts of ground.
>>64183681> winningno they are not, they are losing badly, as much as russia currently is.
