SU-30 was a development of a late SU-27 version but was a 2 seater and fully multirole (It was the Russian response fo F-15E).The SU-35 is a development of another late version of the SU-27, is fully multirole but retains single seat.The Russians are upgrading SU-30's with the same radar and engines used in the SU-35 for easier logistics, so the only obvious difference between SU-30 and 35 will be 2 seater vs 1 seater.
