you might have some difficulty considering how small it is, but there is clearly a viable hole under the tactical spork. you might need some extra padding to get a decent seal.

Every untrained shooter I hand an AR to seems to naturally want to put their support hand on the mag well. I don't have fore grips on anything but I can see how they could be more intuitive and useful to new people.
