S&W Bodyguard 2.0 I guess.

>compact and sleek, easy to carry and conceal, weighs less than 10oz
>not so small that it's difficult to hold on to though
>recoil is pretty easy, even for a girl
>.380 Auto has decent penetration and terminal ballistics with right ammo choice
>holds 10+1rds with flush mag, 12+1rds with small stendo
>safety dingus on trigger helps make accidents less likely
>can be had with manual safety if you want
>available in various color options (girls might like that)
>not too expensive

Good suggestions (though idk what you have against ppks for carry?) Any decent quality small frame/pocket pistol with a metal frame will usually fit the bill. No one LIKES shooting an lcp or shield etc...guns like that are a tradeoff and take a bit of practice to shoot well past 10 yards.

If it has to be small, get her something with a bit of weight so there's less recoil and she can actually make follow up shots under stress. Bonus points if she enjoys shooting it; that makes her more likely to practice with it.

AIM surplus often has used 81/84s for cheap. The kimber micro 380 used to go on sale at RK for $400 pretty regularly, and as much as I dislike the chincy safety lever on them for a carry gun, bersa thunder 380's aren't the worst choice either.
>>
>>64200363
NTA but my wife carries a P365-380 or an LCR depending on what she's wearing. Either of those seem like good options.
>>
>>64200417
More just slide bite. I was thinking that a girl, who might be less experienced, might have difficulty shooting a PPK.

Your suggestions are pretty good too, but the Micro 380 could be a bit unwieldy due to the long grip.

>>
>>64200439
You mean the short grip? It's not very snappy with regular fmj ammo, but my wife prefers shooting mine with the extended mag. Her hands are small enough that she (essentially) gets 3 fingers on with the extended mag.

I could go on a rant about kimber quality these days, but from an engineering standpoint, the micro 380 is everything the sig p238 should've been. Mine did develop an issue of sorts now with flat points where it will stovepipe the first round if I load it 6+1/7+1. I'm not sure why exactly. I haven't tried the aftermarket mag spring kits, I just load it 5+1/6+1 because I really like flat points in small calibers.

I read other people having the same issue with HPs. I haven't noticed that problem with RN ammo, but it's something to be aware of.
>>
>>64200419
The 365 is one of the few plastic striker fired guns I would legit consider for a female new shooter carry gun. Sig did a great job with that one. It wouldn't take much practice to get proficient with as its pretty well balanced and has an awesome trigger.
>>
>>64200597
Yeah, I have small hands too, so it is not much of an issue, but I know that the average hand size is ~6"
>>
>>64200608
Yeah, and having a .380 model avaliable definitely helps if you're worried about a recoil-shy new shooter.
>>
>>64200677
Got too excited with the enter key...

Small hands work fine with the PPK, as you said. Since I might as well float the idea, what about the P32, other than Kel-Tec's QC issues, it seems to be their most standard firearm, plus have a 10+1 capability with an extended mag.
>>
>>64200677
I shot the micro 9 and p238 back to back against the micro 380 and...there was no comparison. The micro 380 was the least snappy. I stuck some grip tape on mine and it's pretty much perfect with regular fmjs or the local fp reloads I carry.

Idk my hand size but, I only get 2 fingers on the it. It's a non issue though. It feels and points easily. That could be part psychological because I'm a 1911 guy lol, but... whatever works.
>>
>>64200701
That's like the antithesis to what we're talking about RN lol. It's got a long, heavy trigger pull on a snappy ass, way too small/light frame.

I would literally suggest one of those dao air light j frame things over a fucking keltec.
>>
>>64200734
And not trying to be a dick, but the p32 and p3at were super popular in my area for a long time; back when the pocket pistol market was still pretty limited. Nobody ever shoots more than a mag or 2 out of those things, because they're not pleasant to shoot, at all lol.

If you're looking for something for a women, it has to 1) appeal aesthetically and 2) not be uncomfortable to shoot. Otherwise, they're never going to want to practice with it. Women don't care about capacity or weight. Women are illogical. All that matters is that they like the gun and ENJOY shooting it.

I've been through this battle with my wife and I've seen it with other women new shooters. It HAS to appeal to them, and not make them flinch. Then, they wanna shoot it more. That's the battle.

I mostly agree with you but I have taken nogun men and women friends to ranges a few times and something I'd literally never noticed myself is that they have trouble racking slides, especially straight blowback. Specifically my beretta 80x and PPK clone. Something about the serrations not being aggressive enough and the stiff springs. They also have tons of trouble with double action triggers, both with the weight and the length of pull(?), even on the 80x, which is pretty damn light and smooth.
>>
>>64200812
Problem with those small autos is that they are difficult to rack.

A s&W 432/632 or LCR chambered in 32 h&r (not the 327 model, too heavy) loaded with 32 long. Bonus points for the titanium cylinder smiths.

6 shots, easy to carry, safe, won't jam....

You can't do better.
>>
>>64200734
>>64200812
I hear you. I never shot one, I just thought that it was cheap and .32. They are pretty popular in my area too, but I never have seen one at the range, since I go 50 miles away to shoot and most of the people there do rifle and shotgun, anyway (and those who do bring handguns are usually revolvers or 1911s).
>>
>>64200928
Yeah that's common. I blame Hollywood for that. It's just the strength of the springs. They might be old enough to have played with toy where you could rack the slide with 3lb springs, or just lack forearm strength, but they're not aware of the force it takes to overcome a slide and so...right off the bat they feel uncomfortable.

Long double action pulls are always unwanted, even really nice ones like sig classic p series.

I'm not an expert or anything, but something I always do with new shooters and auto pistols is explain the basic function of the gun, and rack the slide (empty obviously lol) several times myself, then hand the gun to them and encourage them to rack the slide and dry fire it. Then I show them basic grip and stance, and THEN I hand them a mag.

Idk if I stole that from a shooting class somewhere but, it works well to assimilate someone and help get over any anxieties. People are naturally followers so, you have to do the motions yourself and let them imitate you.
>>
>>64200936
Well, if you ever run across someone shooting one, ask if you can shoot a couple rounds and see for yourself. They're straight up rude lol.
>>
>>64200376
>Facial tattoos are among the trashiest and ugliest things imaginable.
It's an acquired taste.
>>
>>64201001
Kek. I know who you mean, there was one at the old range that I went to. She was a bitch through and through (didn't stop me from trying to date her).
>>
>>64200933
So, I've never shot either, but I've shot the old air light things. I was not impressed with the dao trigger, but I understood it's purpose for a hammerless carry gun. Are you saying these newer carry style wheel guns have nicer triggers than an auto in SA?
>>
>>64201033
I meant the gun, kek. It's rude in your hand. Don't fuck with a girl shooting by herself at a range man. That's a disease ridden holster sniffer for sure.
>>
>>64201048
>That's a disease ridden holster sniffer for sure.
You're telling me, that was a year of my life I don't want to relive. The lone girl at the range wasn't even the biggest red flag though...

But yeah, that's Kel-Tec for you, I just love how batshit their R&D are.

I'm going to post this shit until people stop buying/recommending this garbage gun.
The Beretta 3032 is garbage.
The frame WILL crack. It's only a matter of time. Mine made it less than 2000 rounds. And I stayed under the 130 foot pound energy rating for ammo just like Beretta's box insert said to do.
It isn't even a range toy at that point.
Additionally, it IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CARRY.
The 3032 is a blowback operated pistol WITHOUT AN EXTRACTOR. This means the process for dealing with a failure to eject is as follows :
Drop the magazine
Tip up the barrel
Extract the spent casing. If you have very strong fingernails you might be able to do it without a tool. But more than likely you're going to need a tool, like a small screw driver, a spent casing, or a car key.
Drop the barrel.
Reinsert the magazine
Rack the slide
Now you're back in business!
As opposed to :
Rack the slide once or twice to clear the malfunction and you're back in business.
A failure to eject with a 3032 will get you killed.
It WILL crack/break.
It IS garbage.
>>
>>64200376
>Facial tattoos are among the trashiest and ugliest things imaginable.

Agreed, but with the caveat that I can get behind facial tattoos that carry cultural significance; such as with the Maori.
>>
>>64201107
I just looked it up: The KSG...they still make it. It's a double tube mag (not double bbl) I can't believe that's still a thing. I'm gonna go lookup YouTube vids of this thing now lol.
>>
>>64201107
Yeah, there are retards who are sold on their wackier stuff as a first gun. They are range toys at best for that sort of thing and even then, you need something pretty standard first.

Ruger SP101. Load it with 38 special wad cutters. Very low recoil. She can reliably get multiple rounds off from inside her purse or hoodie pocket if need be. Manual of arms is about as simple as it gets. If she can handle more recoil you can go hotter. Yeah, it's kinda heavy at 26 ounces, and it isn't small, but it isn't large.
>>
>>64201172
I'm not the only one. The 3032 has been notoriously terrible for _decades_. I wish I'd done proper research before purchase. But I didn't. And now it's a lesson learned.
>>
>>64201172
Upon further review of that post...I think this is operator error. It's next to impossible to chamber a second round in a fte situation with said Barnetta tip up bbl lol. The greaseball engineers went out of their way to make it almost impossible to hurt yourself with the gun, but this poster managed to almost do so once?

What do you mean rack the slide instead of tipping the bbl? Nigger if you can't pull the shell out mechanically, that means you're either using crappy aluminum case ammo or you've never once took a bore/chamber brush to that thing. Do you think the Italians oversized the chamber or something? It's not a design flaw lol.
>>
>>64201206
I've never heard that in my life. I understand what your saying, but I don't see how that's an issue unless the chamber was somehow machined too large, which seems odd.

I'll give the Maori some slack on this, because those tattoos have long standing cultural and traditional significance, and they've been doing it for who knows how long.
I personally really don't think it looks particularly good, but it's at least their cultural heritage, which is something any kinds of peoples should largely try to treasure.

A white girl inking her face and neck with stupid shit like that just looks fucking awful though. Even if you want to signal to the world that you're a Nazi (fine, whatever, that's your opinion) there would be considerably better ways to do that with your fashion, like for instance a ring or pendant bearing the windmill and/or Reichsadler.

>>64201172
The 3032 is not that well thought out, the slide is infamous for cracking, the design is just barely on the edge of tolerating .32 Auto and it will give up immediately upon firing +P ammo.
If you want a compact .32 Auto pocket pistol, then I would say that the Kel-Tec P32 is a much better choice.
>>
>>64201227
Yeah I just looked it up and you're correct about the slide..how the fuck did they make a slide incapable of handling+p 32acp lol? It's news to me...

....I suppose it coincides with their terrible us gov contract issues where they had slides flying off and shit. That's sad.
>>
>>64201260
Beretta fixed the 92 before either of us were even born, they just don't care about the Tomcat.
>>
>>64201211
Not talking about a second round trying to chamber.
I'm talking about what happens when a round fails to eject.
The rail won't go far enough back to try and strip another round from the magazine.
You'll pull the trigger, and it'll go "click" not "bang".
At that point, you need to extract the spent shell casing from the barrel (or maybe it's a dud, but much more likely it's spent)
The 3032 does NOT have an extractor.
This means you must MANUALLY EXTRACT the spent round/casing from the chamber.
As I said, you may be able to do this with your fingers, but you're probably going to need a tool. I should know. I owned one. I never had a problem with ammo made with nickle plated cases. But I had more than a few with plain brass. And yeah, they'd stick enough that I wan't getting them out with a finger nail.
Your reading comprehension needs work.

>>64201211
>What do you mean rack the slide instead of tipping the bbl?
I mean: with a gun that isn't a tip up barrel design, if you have a failure to eject, your course of action is rack the slide to clear the malfunction. You can't do that with a tip up barrel.
>>

They look like Russian prison tattoos, and If you consider Danzig Baldaev's work on the subject authoritative, they do carry very important cultural significance, albeit a very recent one, largely confined criminal elements in Russian society. IIRC, he described them as having a primarily Talismanic property in their use, meant to symbolize different aspects of the wearers' life, and in some ways make certain wishes or desires manifest. Of course, after the 70's a lot of the meanings behind these tattoos ere diluted or lost, and many non-criminals began to get them without a real understanding of the symbolism. Chances are, the girl in the OP pic is just some insta-thot who wanted to look edgy.

Unironically short barrel AR15 or something big like a 1911 with big irons. Gf doesn't really go shooting all that much so she needs something simple and easy to use because she isnt going to practice. Small pistols are bad for inexperienced shooters because of bad sights and difficult to hold grips, most small .380s are less pleasant to shoot than full size steel pistols in bigger calibers like .45

Revolvers hand handles that a smaller hand can grip and a single trigger pull to worry about.

The downside is a single trigger pull, so even loose in a purse you need a solid holster(not a leather one where it can catch the trigger).

They stopped selling those a fucking decade ago, dude. You should not buy a used p32 for self defense. You should get something new.

The best thing to do is take her to a range with rentals and have her try some, they're subjective. That being said, a moderately sized .32acp handgun will be very comfortable to shoot and while not the most powerful cartridge it has put many people in the ground. For home defense 9mm carbines are the current meta for those not that interested in guns.

Fetishes, the sexualization of things other than reproductive sex, are thought to be caused by underlying fear of it. Pregnancy, commitment, but mostly sexually transmitted diseases are what people of afraid of. There are interesting historical correlations between the spread of new world STIs and the rapid increase in foot fetishism. What leads to a particular kink will probably always be a mystery though.

She doesn't look much older so I wonder what the fuck happened to turn her into a HellonearthII OC

These tattoos are just the right wing equivalent of danger hair, but danger hair can be changed when you get over your issues... tattoos are a bit stickier.

Ziggers being in denial about how cataclysmically and irreversibly gay dedovshchina actually is in reality, doesn't exactly disprove what I said, openly being a faggot or a troon is not particularly respected or tolerated in Russian society. If a Russian wanted to be a troon "e-girl" then they would probably flee Russia.

Also, those eyes look conclusively female.

>>64203175
They still make and sell new P32s, you complete fucking nigger mongoloid.

Handgun?
I Carry a Ruger LC9 and 2 spare magazines. It doesn't show under normal clothing. I started with a full size CZ-75 though because the weight soaks up the recoil and If I ever have to use my daily carry pistol I won't be too sad about turning an inexpensive little pocket rocket to the police and have a spare.

"Rifle"?
The two I am most comfortable with are my 10.5 in AR "pistol" build and a Keltec RDB

Get that weird stripper clip 5.7 from keltec. Once 20 rounds are in its just point, pull trigger until bad guy go away. 5.7 recoil is a joke, so it shouldnt spook her too much and its 20 rounds.
>>
What would she need a gun for? There's no targets in the basement.

>>64202306
Don't forget the sights come out messed up from the factory. You'll have to send it back or get your local gunsmith to zero then for you
