S&W aluminum frame with a gucci trigger
>>

If you have 2011 money just get a steel frame PDP, it's made by a real firearms manufacturer that isn't made to scam competition tards
>>64209645
This if your a poorfag
>>
Nobody cares
>>
>>64209594
It's a meme, just get the tisas one, they're cheap i think
>>
>>64209707
this. PSA has the tisas and MAC ones for less than 700 dollars often. No fuckin reason to get some 2500+ dollar staccato shit.

Because they're low volume "high performance" race guns designed to appeal to a specific crowd. Are they going to be better out of the box than something half the price or less? Yeah. Are they going to be twice as good? No. Can you tune up a much cheaper 2011 style pistol yourself, get something within 10% of the performance of a Stacatto or other high end piece and still not have to spend as much money? Yes again. At a certain point the improvements become marginal and only really matter for highly skilled people trying to squeeze out the last little bit of an edge they can out of a gun.

Because they're designed for competition, and purchased mostly by retarded larpers who think they can buy skill, and a few competition shooters. Basically they exist to take advantage of the fact that many people with a lot of money will buy something expensive for no reason other than
>it's expensive so it must be the best
>I can afford it

Bersa (the thunder 380 people) make one in the USA. Price after shipping, tax, transfer fee about $1,200 and does not include the optic.

this. Everyone knows about the 1000 dollar 2011 tax that the government puts on double stack 1911s... god bless for Staccato for keeping their prices so low for us.

They’re actually really nice guns and you CAN buy outcomes, not really buying skill but 2011s and other “competition guns” like steel pdps, shadows, etc make shooting easier. The 2011 is just the best

You also get into the build quality of the guns which is why prices balloon, people want tight fit, they want perfect crisp triggers, they want a finish befitting a 2k+ gun

>>64209594
Kimber 2k11’s cheapest model is sub 2k
Prodigy, more like project gun
Staccato is the “vanilla” 2011 and all of them should be compared to the Staccato (since they’re the trademark holders of 2011)

So you bought a $3,000 custom 1911 and you still consistently shoot low left?
>>
>>64210941
The optic wasn’t zeroed, the target I used to zero is bottom right where the top group was the first group and the second group was the adjustment, I didn’t really know if the left ward POI was me or the gun since I was shooting offhand for all those groups. I was shooting so well I didn’t adjust at all on the left target
>>

I love the way the DWXs look. How does it shoot?

I’ll keep coping then, and it’s way more expensive than 3k. I installed the optic onto the gun at the range using Nighthawk’s IOS plate system, I went from irons to the RMR in 30 seconds.

Low left is mostly a symptom of sympathetic hand tension from too much grip with the shooting hand. It should not produce 1 hole groups at 7 yards

>has literally never touched a nice gun in his life let alone owned one
Okay thanks for the opinion.
>>
>>64210941
Post a group to show that you shoot anything at all?

No?

Didn't think so.

Who cares? It's the internet, if he searched hard enough could've found a 'non-stock' image of a pistol

I really like it. Best trigger and grip shape of all my other handguns. Not my best range day, but the DWX definitely helped my groupings.
