Came across some videos concering old highway patrol shootouts and learned most police weren't issue speed loaders until the 60s and 70s. Instead they carried ammo in these little "dump pouch" things. Anyone know what these are called and if they're still sold? When I google "dump pouch" i get a billion results for modern tacticool dump pouches.

I don't know if anyone is still making those, I've never seen any, but there's tons of leatherworkers who do custom stuff. Show them that photo, ask them how much. I've had multiple holsters and belts made like that. That's childs play for the guys who make custom holsters or a saddle shop.
