And there's nothing you can do about it.

the fuck is up with all the dronefag posts today?
>>
Does it? I remember ISIS using grenade drones against us 10 years ago, and the only fatalities were when the drones were mistaken for friendly and we essentially let them attack us. Seems like thirdies desperately want cheap drones to have democratized war, but the reality is the rich man still has the advantage.
>>
>>64227617
it's just retarded turdies that have deluded themselves into believing that ghetto fps drones are the be all end all of warfare now and this time they'll beat the evil west
>>
Drones themselves are less annoying than your dronefags.
>>
The "Mid tier ISR" will be a huge market for people with manufacturing base, especially if they can make the thermals and cameras by themselves.
>>
>>64227610
Yeah, air assets tend to fuck up infantry good. Congratulations; your understanding of war has entered the 20th century.

I get it, I like Predator too. But a high school education gets rid of 90% of movies SFX.

Can they make a drone that waves back?
>>
>>64227617
people who desperately want to believe 50 dollar RC helicopters with a grenade strapped to them are going to sink a nimitz

Masterful retort. Truly, the great military mind of our time.

remember when during world war 1 plane pilots just waved at eachother before they thought to put bigass machineguns on them
every single thing between then and now was a mistake.

It's really funny because the drone revolution just lets the west dab on them harder. It'll go from very few western soldiers going home in body bags to zero.
>>
>>64228021
>It'll go from very few western soldiers going home in body bags to zero.

Thirdies will just switch to talking about suicides, friendly fire, and PTSD. They know how to exploit human emotion felt by the men killing them even if they don't feel it themselves.
>>
>>64227963
Unfortunately this is a bit of a myth. At first recon biplanes didn't know what to make of each other, then somebody (nobody knows who) decided to start throwing things at an enemy pilot, which escalated to pistols, and then to machine guns.
If the first rock had never have been thrown, airplanes could have been stuck in the recon role the whole war.
>>

The Recon planes started dropping grenades on enemy trenches, which replicates what they were doing in the Ukraine war's beginnings.

I tell ya' whut, man. Wish I could get me even a little bit of some sweet MythBusters funding and have fun running a 'toob channel called "Is It Bullshit?" Could retire comfortably within a couple years just doing some Du/k/es of Hazard redneck jackass stuff, having fun being a good ol' boy and (probably) keep most of my limbs.

First world countries already have drone defense systems, i'm sure. We just aren't allowed to see them until they're already considered obsolete.

We will know when they're getting good when china pretends to have the last one the US developed.
>>
>>64228337
even on paper there doesn't exist a drone defense system that protects infantry patrols or mechanized formations from mass FPV attack with fiber optic FPVs available
>>
>>64228346
Microwaves, lasers and airburst chain guns are already fielded.

Just like an arrow volley, ballista bolt or arty shell.
War has always been full of dice roles.
>>
>>64227629
irl if theres any doubt you just use what ever is available and shoot it down, if it turns out to be friendly..well though shit, 1st world armies can afford that lose.

Based on how some ukies described western armies doing training, those turdies are correct

So adapt to changing warfare and build your own remote controlled killing machines. You act like it hasn't been this way since the invention of the bow, crossbow, and gun. Literally since the invention of the spear we had to adapt because we probably wiped out any rival monkeys too stupid to build them.

You're not a stupid monkey too dumb to build new weapons are you?

their propaganda isn't meant for us, its for them

Drones have ruined warfare. It's getting to be jsut drone operators droning other drone operators. Mega gay.
>>
>>64228931
Well if they say that then it must be true!

While drones have changed war getting a new perspective and millions of hours of footage is worth it IMO.

Last I checked Houthis signed a deal and stopped fucking with commercial shipping after said CSG pounded them into oblivion and POTUS posted a tweet celebrating the clinical assination of a Houthi leadership element (with a video attached).

>This is fucking Looney Tunes warfare! This is something Wile E. Coyote would've come up with! I've seen more combat than that stumpy vet who begs for dollars outside my old apartment building, and they're still coming up with new ways to surprise me. The worst part is, I think I'm the one who gave them the idea! Now I know the aliens bugged this fucking suit. They heard me complaining about how ineffective those flying saw robots were, so they must've thought "Oh, I know how we'll get him, start strapping live grenades to the paparazzi bots so when they swoop in for a close up, BLAM!" And here we are. I bet that bastard Barney was in on it too. After all, he's the one that sent me on this route across an open field with no cover IN THE BED OF A FUCKING PICKUP TRUCK. He's a cop, he could've given me the keys to one of their tanks, but no. He wanted me to have a nice view of the sky for this trip. I really am going to have to shoot him when I see him.
