Opinions on the S&W Shield Plus versus the p365 for an edc? So far the Shield Plus feels a little more comfortable in my hands, but the p365's potential add-ons are a really tempting factor. Other subcompacts are welcome too, but these two seemed like the top options from my research so far.

Get one in 9mm, if you’re looking at 9mm ones, then the Alpha Foxtrot S-15 1911 should be something you look at, it uses Glock 43X mags so it can use the Shield 15 rounders for almost the same thickness as a single stack. I have seen one anon with one and he liked it 9mm aluminum frames will probably last a long time, 1911s seem to have the strength of steel important to the longevity of the frame so .45 ACP aluminum frames eventually will fail. I’m insane, but I’m perfectly fine carrying a full size steel 1911 all day appendix. A Magwell on an officer frame is kind of ridiculous since you’re inching closer the the length of a full-size. Big baseplate magazines as well. Top left is an CCO (4.25 inch officer) and commander (professional 4.0 inch barrel instead of 4.25 actually) side by side

I have a very retarded question, a friend (very good shooter) did the adjustment on my red dot. I tend to shoot tight groups but a little too low to the left (in the 5 and 6). Should I adjust the red do to my bad aim or compensate before I shoot? I've been moving my aim to the top right (in the 5 and 6 again) to get consistently in the center.

Ive noticed curious thing in my new px4.When i rack the slide and the trigger is in the SA, there is slight, tiny pre travel, like 1-2mm, and when i pull the trigger, the gun is making some weird scratching noises.After i go past through these 2mm, if i release trigger it wont get back, and there will be no additional pre travel and no noise next time i pull the trigger until i rack the slide again.It also aint happening when i pull the hammer to SA after decocking the gun.Is it normal? Or, am i even comprehensible?
