All you need is to spot the target once and then continue to track it until a munition reaches it.When you have constant state of the art satellite coverage and air superiority this is very achievable.
It wasn't necessarily even electronic penetration of Iran's systems. The Israelis have excellent human intelligence all across the Middle East because of how corrupt their militaries are. They practically trip over each other trying to sell classified information to the Israelis.
