A coworker has one of pic related. The tritium has basically worn out, but the fiber optic and the battery function still work. He loves it.

I wish I could get the tritium replaced in mine, but the fiber optic does a pretty crazy job collecting light and the battery is really bright. The only non-magnified or prism optic I've used with a perfectly crisp reticle with my horrid eyes.
