yeah
There isn't really a point to trying to make walls that high because the effort required to bypass it by drones and cruise missiles would be minimal whereas the effort required to build said wall would be pretty huge in comparison.

Most of the cruise missiles that you'd use in long range strikes also have enough just pure physical mass that basic netting or whatever on a refinery or whatever target we are talking about just won't cut it because the missile will just go through it and detonate. This is like the whole cope cages on T-72's against Javelins thing again. Sure the cope cages may do something against drones but more or less nothing against a big boy missile. You are more likely to achieve something with EW than netting or chains or similar.
