What’s the best 1911 right now? Probably the coolest handgun ever but the quality control and reliability on a lot of them is extremely questionable from the reviews I have seen.

What features do you want and what is your budget?
>>64324411First of all I'm gonna want the feeding ramp polished to a mirror sheen, for reliable feeding. I want the slide to be reinforced and perfectly meshed with the frame, with the frame itself to be iron welded and scraped down multiple times for maximum precision. Front strap checkering, for extra grip. Obviously I'm gonna need a 3 dot type sight with an enlarged front sight. Ring hammer, of course, to improve cocking control and hammer down speed. Also I'm gonna want to delete the grip safety to make space for the new hammer. Goes without saying extended thumb safety and slide stop are a must for precise handling. Also I want the trigger guard filed down to allow a high grip. Trigger should be 3.5lbs and the magwell should be widened to make it easier to change magazines. Magazine catch button should be shaved down to reduce accidentally activating it. I'm also gonna want a flat mainspring housing with stepping to prevent slipping from recoil. Front slide serrations are a non-negotiable. Basically I want a pistol that can shoot a one hole at 25 yards in a machine rest
