Would be impressive if there were substantially more than 24 Mig-31s modified to the K standard. In those quantities it can’t be deployed with the sheer volume of fire necessary to overwhelm NATO ISR and air defences. Also, the Kinzhal, as other anons have pointed out, is not a hypersonic weapon as it follows a ballistic trajectory. While faster than the older Iskander it has roughly the same range (~500km).
