Literally just go to Harbor Freight and pick up a security bit set. Can't find the right one? Oh well, modify a cheapass HF flathead with a Dremel. Also /qtddtot/.

You need a self-sealing stem bolt.

God damn, alright giga satan, you're right. But like I said, Dremel to grind out a gap in a regular flathead and use that. $10 for a Dremel knockoff and accessories from Harbor Freight, just go slow. Probably less than $10 for a flathead to modify, or even a whole bit set including a flathead bit big enough and it'll perfectly fit, same day fix. How wide is that center pin? Also, seems you can get something closer in search results with "spanner nut bit".
