QC bumped quite a bit after kmr and new bolt/carrier revision. Seems like they have a system now, but it could still be improved a bit for customer communication during repairs. They should adopt a ticketing system to keep track of work and customer communication
They didn't do much marketing besides Alex showing them off at shot and a few comp shooters. Mike got one but they fumbled that by not tightening the ejector bolts (kek)
