How will the war between the China and US over Taiwan look like?
>>
>>64372676
Every PLA soldier will be assfucked on live television before being deported back to their homeland.
>>
>>64372676
Ugly and likely ruinous for both countries.
>>
>>64372676
President Trump ends up saying that we never were supposed to defend Taiwan anyway.
>>
>>64372676
Tactical advantage of being fat in the military?
>>
>>64372676
well it will entirely depend on the first days of the war
if chinks do land successfully it will be worse than normandy for both sides
question is will americans be able to sink all chinese ships? or will chinks sink american ships?
i highly doubt that chinks would nuke
also there is a question of that bigass dam that can flood like 600 million people

The Korean war cope is probably the most pathetic of all chinksect cope. That would be like China taking half of Mexico, installing major military bases there, and Americans saying "yeah well you didn't take the whole thing so actually we win!"
>>
>>64372940
What's up with the increase in Korean war chinkposting? Did they have some kind of big push in propaganda centered around it?
>>
>>64372974
They probably have a manual of BRICShitter cope talking points. They want to get ahead of the whole losing every war thing.
>>
>>64372974
Mao Anying's birthday is coming up so chinkspammers are trying to drown out the annual egg fried rice jokes with Korea implessiveposting. If you don't know what Mao egg fried rice means, search it up and have a laugh.

>US obliterates TSMC facilities ASAP as a precaution
>both sides avoid each other as much as possible and fling long range fire at each other

>US locks down Malacca Strait and Indian Ocean access points
>massive cyber attacks against everyone and everything, everywhere
>guaranteed global economic implosion so severe that it destabilizes like 80% of the governments on earth

huge coin flips on Japan, the Koreas, Philippines getting involved. nonzero chance Russia tries some shit in the Baltics/Scandinavian region even with their forces as eroded as they are. also nonzero chance of zany wacky space weapon shit making their debut

What >>64373033 has said for the most part. Some extra things that'll probably be an indicator that shit is about to pop off:
>PRC pulls the vast majority of their cargo and fishing fleets into port
>Electronics and computer components will spontaneously stop working thanks to the ChiComs building kill switches in most computer parts since about the early 00s.
>Massive drone attacks on American commercial ports with the express intent of crippling dockyards.
>Attacks on the powergrid and several arson wildfires.
>5th Columnist on both the left and right being given marching orders to start doing mass shootings and assassinations of government officials.
>Possible deployment of bioweapons by the Chinese that'll disrupt agriculture. See Citrus Greening in Florida.
Lot of this shit is gonna get hectic and fast. I personally don't think the United States will win and its very likely we'll see the United States withdrawing from Japan and South Korea as a result.

Likely won't happen.

Putin gets away with mulching his population due to circumstances that don't translate that well to Xi and the CCP.
Even attempting to mirror Russia's policy of "just send rural retards to die" doesn't really work for the CCP. There has been so much rural back-migration post-COVID in China you'd end up entangling the educated urbanites anyway.

Oh, also every single death would be extinguishing a bloodline. Which is potentially a point of social friction, too. Hard to say.

Chip fabs blown up day one. Chinese aggression becomes colloquially known as the killer of Moores Law, despite already approaching its own natural end. Socially they become known as the killers of a golden century, despite how reality actually was.

Chinese economy decimated but continues crawling along years longer than anyone expects.

Taiwan is eventually lost to a literal human flood of bodies. Russia 2.0, even including all the resulting demographic problems. Taiwanese fold shortly after boots land on the island, but organized unrest in mainland china continues for 2-3 generations. Hidden inside existing civil engineering grifts, millions of lives are lost to “corruption” which ignites the general population (already unhappy at the insane amounts of casualties that go unacknowledged by the government).

US does not get directly involved. The unipolar world ends. WWIII starts within 20-30 years. But there’s tons of gaza-level conflicts in the years shortly after Chinese aggression. US isolationism means we again come out on top economically while helping countries rebuild. Only this time we are far more selective, trying to avoid a population + industry boom that would undo all the ecological (& greenhouse gas) reductions that came from all the loss of life. Throwaway culture is dead. People relearn how to fix tools, or go without.

Countries stop trading the potash & fertilizer needed to maintain modern agriculture. They instead export foodstuffs directly. Replacing WWIII’s hard politics with the soft politics of water & food aid. Famine is again a top global killer after 50 golden years.

TLDR: China fucks itself at least as hard as Russia. America pussies out. There’s at least a decade of global conflicts. Tons of people die. We all (except for America) stop taking the modern agriculture global supply chain for granted, but only after its half dead).

What if china decides to help a country in south america like Venezuela or Mexico or brazil and "helps" them defend against usa? What if china gives long range drones and missiles to attack usa? What then it would be intresting two proxy wars . Will taiwan be a heaping parking lot and in turn would the south american countey usa is fighting also turn into a parking lot?

The war is fun for people watching on here but those people in those countries are going to lose there families and homes and pets it's going to be very sad.

Imagine if you couldn't go to McDonalds or your switch is blown up or you cant log onto the servers cos of some chinese or americans have blown up the servers.

Also south america is fine to be bombed I dont do hard drugs and it wont effect me but in taiwan they make chips we need then for my video games and pc I want allow it and its not right so we need to tell usa to chill

What are you guys going to do is usa starts a war in taiwan with china and destroys all the chips. It would mean no more video games for more then 10 years. Humanity will be in the dark ages. Dont mess with the gamers there will be a civil war I think it would be the start to the end of jews. Once that distraction is gone people are going to make up and start doing stuff.

You take pussy away people are fine with it
You take video games away you get this whole sea of unwashed stinky people who can code and spend a lot of time sitting motionless you are going to get s lot of snipers and drone operators come at you. It's going to be scary

Look at what the jews do to the Palestinians or the other fuckdd up shit that happens I see no problem in china taking Taiwan.

>>
Even though this is a china shill thread Americans never really actually explain how they'd win. Just imagine if America took Russian levels of casualties. The American people would revolt and it would be even more insane then it already is. I don't think the west can stomach a prolonged conflict with heavy casualties like the Chinese can.

If let's say China wins, in 50+ years the Chinese people also won't be able to stomach those type of losses in a conflict. I think there's a high chance that Trump just sells Taiwan to Xi.
>>
>>64374767
They're doing cyber/glowie/drone attacks in Europe and Trump doesn't seem to care or take a strong enough stance. JD Vance even said how much he hated NATO and the EU in those signal leaks.
>>
>>64374188
i dont think china is nearly as obsessed with outright conquest as russia is. putin especially is like a perfect storm of wanting to recreate some kind of modern russian empire, and also very stubborn and arrogant, and also he's being lied to by his officials about how well things are going. there's this one video that suggests he believed he had created a "color revolution" in ukraine (hence why FSB shills keep repeating that CIA did one of those in ukraine) and thus he really thought ukraine would go down without a real fight, and now he's in over his head.

china still wants to control the areas around it but imo their MO is a lot more patient. i think if they did commit to military action, it'd be a massive blockade and no-fly-zone everywhere around taiwan until they gave china all the stuff they wanted. and then it could escalate from there. who knows

US in its current incarnation is isolationist and retreating from both europe and asia. It will not change for a long time as the isolationist sentiment that propellered the reality TV star to power is not going anywhere even after he eats one big mac too many. Sure they might sell some weapons here and there for a premium but that is absolutely it

>inb4 iran bombing
oh wow. Such bravery. Israel cleared the air space of any threats and made it 100% risk free. Even then trump called putin to warn about the warning who, of course, turned around and warned iranians. Post op debrief showed that the bombs took them back maybe a couple of months and response was to shoot the messenger

So the real question is how effective Taiwan is in its defense. Since their position and terrain is grossly in the favor of the defender

Realistically, Taiwan is incredibly fragile economically. The PLAN may not be able to beat the entire USN, but they don't need to. They just need to be close enough to whatever the US has in the western Pacific to delay intervention until Taiwan agrees to a 1997 Hong Kong-esque situation.

The US cucking out because it refused to SPEND the money required to have a weapons manufacturing base that can handle such a war for an extended period.

Just look at our shipbuilding industry. Don't forget it has massive tariffs protecting it - the Jones act - but that means those companies are dogshit, they don't invest in new tech and all the workers are lazy union workers.

Now the inverse you have Japan which instead of tariffs it uses massive supply chain and final input subsides to induce excess production same with China.

I think Taiwan is in a difficult spot where their main shield (chip manufacturing) is becoming less relevant. They have a lot of parallels, just a decade earlier in the cycle, with the Saudi’s. Who are now desperately searching for a new guard dog after America lost its dependency on oil. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Taiwan reaching out to make stronger ties to India, Korea, and/or Japan.

I don’t doubt China could successfully invade a neighboring country amidst American isolationism. But the real question is whether they can afford the cost, and if there was any non-cultural net benefit by the end.

Every nation HATES Chinese fishing boats. I could see unflagged drones taking out the entire global fleet within a year of the conflict; completely separate from the invasion.

As others have said, China imports food and fuel. You just blockade them and force them to use less efficient land routes to import both. AD assets are focused near the coast so bombing rural rail/power infrastructure and disabling their freight network would actually not be too difficult. Pipelines also trivial to bomb and disable, and unlike in Ukraine there's basically no reason for us not to do it. By contrast, the US is capable of independence in both categories and China doesn't have the fleet not projection capability to deny such imports to us in the first place. US imports from China are mostly non-essential consumer goods anyway so it's not like we're losing out on much in this scenario. Electronics might be a bit more of a complicated story but in anything resembling this scenario you'd almost certainly see the Defense Production Act being invoked to fast track the construction of the semiconductor foundries currently being built along with more being authorized. There is a reason China hasn't actually done this, even after relative weakness was shown in the initial (like first month) reaction to the invasion of Ukraine.

COPE AND SEETHE WUMAO

The U.S. military operates within a democratic system that includes civilian oversight, an independent judiciary, and mechanisms for accountability, such as congressional hearings, investigative journalism, and international treaties like the Geneva Conventions. While the U.S. military has faced criticism for human rights violations (e.g., Abu Ghraib, drone strikes), these incidents are typically subject to public scrutiny, legal proceedings, and internal review.
In contrast, the Chinese military operates under the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which does not allow for independent oversight or a free press. The PLA has been implicated in human rights concerns, especially regarding its role in enforcing policies in Tibet, Xinjiang, and Hong Kong, where international observers and human rights groups have documented mass surveillance, detention camps, and suppression of dissent. The Chinese government tightly controls information, limiting transparency and denying many allegations without independent investigation.

https://cap.csail.mit.edu/death-moores-law-what-it-means-and-what-might-fill-gap-going-forward

The world would get along just fine with iPhone 12s instead of iPhone 17s. But the blame and nerd rage directed at the CCP would be delicious.

Cheap Chink shit is why I cancelled my Amazon prime. Search literally any product and the results are absolutely infested with cheap, shitty, chinese knock offs of existing brands.

Amazon could solve like 90% of it's problems by just making listing the sellers country of origin mandatory. And the world in general would be massively improved if the great firewall actually kept you people contained.

Amazon already asks sellers to list country of origin on there products. However, they won't implement a filter for it on customer search.

They do ask but it's also not mandatory. Most companies, if they're in the US or South America or Europe do list their country. But like 95% of the time the cheap chinese knock offs will just leave the field blank.

There are add ons that somewhat work as filters, but they're not great.

Taiwan will probably be burned to the ground by the end of it, with significant strikes on Guam, Japan, the Phillipines and South Korea before the end of the war. US largely untouched except for maybe a token missile attack or something for the war news, China will no longer exist as an independent polity and whatever is left of the Chinese will become the new permanently-displaced Gypsies of the modern era. That's pretty much it.

>>64372690
In what world do you live that China has the capability to attack the US in any meaningful way?
>inb4 but duh economy
Its WW3, you mouthbreathing troglodyte. That means infinite blank checks for the West until after the war, leveraged against future production and value created by the victors. Its going to suck to live in the post-war world for a good 20 years, but that's true of every war.

Okay. Do it. See what its like to be the only group of people responsible for a nuclear war. Not a single Chinese person would survive this century and whatever city they bowl over with it will just go down with Pearl Harbor and 9/11 on the list of things mouth-breathing idiots from the third world have done right before having their nations dismantled. It still won't win the chinks the war, it'll only give the DoD an infinite pass to spend as much money as they want killing the Chinese forever and give America the moral high ground on all future conflicts until that task is done.

I think the funnest parts of posts about muh west falling apart is that China absolutely has the same problems or worse, but much like Europe and the US believing we were losing the Cold War pretty much all the way through until the Soviets imploded, the extreme censorship of dictatorships distorts this. Not only does it hide it from us, it hides it from them, as well, and as a result corruption is basically impossible to root out until it makes itself painfully obvious. It's like a retarded hydra, one retard is sacked for flying too close to the sun, another retard better at hiding it takes their place. Maybe the Chinese can get over it and not end up completely Russia-ed, but I doubt it, at least not in the next two decades. Anyone sane despises the fucking press, journos are the scum of the earth and I would like to hang them as Christmas ornaments, but the first step to fixing stuff is knowing it's fucked in the first place.
>>
>>64378968
Agreed. China Stronk posters will post infrastructure issues in the West, not realizing that the only reason they get reported in the first place is because they're out of the norm. Meanwhile escalators eating people or public buildings being revealed to be held together by hopes and dreams is so common in China that it barely registers to them as a problem. It appears to be the same way they view corruption at home vs abroad as well, which would be funny if they weren't so frustratingly close to realizing the obvious.

The Chinese knockoffs are amazon solving its problems. (financial problems)
They make more money in advertising than actually selling things now.
The advertising revenue? Selling data to merchants on popular products and letting them pay to put up their knockoffs in front of the original product.

Of course, this is them cannibalizing their brand for shorterm gain, but you don’t have to explicitly say that to shareholders on the quarterly report.

Basically Taiwan is the linchpin in the first island chain and they have a de jure claim to it that every country in the world recognizes officially (one China policy).

Once they break that containment their goal will be to achieve local dominance in the near-abroad and a sort of return to a China centric system in East Asia then the Indo-Pacific more broadly and cultivate a group of allies and client states similar to what China had from like ~300bc until the Sengoku (when Japan emerged as a challenger for Asian hegemony, and was then joined by Russia in the late 17th century). Particularly important is securing the straits of Malacca because even with a northern sea route emerging, the straits of Malacca will still be the best route for middle eastern oil*

*Chinese oil demand will likely peak in 2027 and global demand will peak by 2030, driven by alternative energy sources becoming economically competitive and demographic trends but oil will remain irreplaceable for military and long distance transportation unless and until batteries have higher energy density than gasoline.

They also genuinely don't give a shit about it. Amazon Web Services is so vastly more profitable that the market place is barely a blip on the radar. The entire western world's online presence basically runs through AWS' office in Seattle.
