Yugo rifles don't have that feature unless it's a Mod.98/48 with a recycled German stock, and the Mod.98/48 doesn't have the receiver-length handguard because Mod.98/48 is just a scrubbed Kar.98k. The bolt handle looks a bit M48, but it seems a bit longer and more aggressively turned-down than the M48.
