So my wife won a fmk 556 lower in a nra auction years ago prob like 13 years ago. We got it for like 20 usd, so being dumb at the time i bought a cheap delton kit to fit it. Took it to a smith and the hand rail doesnt fit at the time i got it for like 140 usd but it doesnt correctly fit its crooked turned . Rather than being square its more diamond in shape , the gunsmith a vietnam vet said he didnt understand why it didnt fit properly saying something had to be defective on the threads. Regardless im going to try and get 200-300 for it then buy a 500 - 600 usd 556 rifle. Any suggestions? Will prob be doing that this week. and buying a Taurus pistol also. Plan on getting both for less then 800.

>>64407555no offense but you sound really poor. Id focus on the handgun stuff and buying ammo. Its more practical. Get a police trade in glock or M&P. They typically run like 350-400 online. Glock mags are super cheap. Holster are widely available. 9mm is as low as its probably ever going to be moving forward.

I paid prob paid like 210 for this rifle with the lower delton parts and the labor to have a smith jank it up. Im not interested in modifying it myself or taking it to a smith i will sell it prob for 200 - 300 and lay down the rest to get a cheap AR. Nothing fancy.
