in the time it took russia to build that ship canada built 6 similar ships and is ending their production at 8 ships soon. the finns are making a lot of traditional icebreakers too and the finnish are building ice hardened corvettes and the canadians are designing an ice hardened corvette too. both finnish and canadian companies are getting contracted to make icebreakers for the coast guard
