I took off my mcmr to put a URX4 on. What torque do I put the gas block back on at? I keep seeing anywhere between fucking 15 and 40 inch lbs
>>64413902First of all, don't reuse the screws get some new knurled screws that will properly bite into the barrel. Second of all use rocksett or red loctite like BCM originally uses. I've always just done 30in/lbs.
One more thing, with the URX4 the hole spacing for the gas block may be in between mlok slots. Sometimes you may need to dremel a bit of material to be able to install the screws. If it lines up for you that's great.
