It was one of Grandpa's drunken Pissin' Hot handloads with mystery powder.In all reality, it takes something like that or a really bad squib to do that.
We can guess that hot loads did this but unfortunately for a lot of these pictures we'll never really know. It's a decent lesson for new reloaders and reminder for the old hands.
