The Burmese army just launched a paraglider night attack on a rebel public funeral and lit the fuck out of the villagers and set fire to Chaung-U.And that's in Monywa so central Myanmar, basically an urban area. I think the region might have been cut off by the earthquake from Mandalay, but Instagram tier rebels take over regions of the country at random so there's often no rhyme or reason to it, too many things like this to look into individually.
