vg10 is an ancient meme steel that has far outlived its shelf life. it also weirdly seems immune to ever getting reasonably cheaper despite being outdated and overrated. elmax out performs it in literally every category.

Peltonen is perfect, the company that makes the Teravas couldn’t make an even grind if their lives depended on it. My recollection is that the Peltonen is more slicey, Terava is thicker, but I’ll have to check that. The two smaller Terava knives are goated in pocket carry with the plastic sheath and wire belt clip.Get both.
