Late to watching Black Summer season 2.What's this guy's optics setup, and is it practical?
>>64440842Aimpoint dot and magnifier. Yes, but keeping the magnifier up in that situation doesn't make sense to me.
>>64440844Notraining shit meant to look like tactical shit to other notrainings. That's really bad tactics, Steven Seagal tier but that's most Hollywood bullshit.
This is not an ID thread. It's a >watch this show thread. and I'm never going to in part because this.guy is right >>64441731the tactics are dumb. this dude has a magnifier up that he's not looking through. f he was looking through it he wouldn't be able to see much because it's miss aligned. also his movement is stupid. He's moving to slow to be deliberate or sneaky and he's not moving fast enough to have an advantage over a potential threatthe other dude moves away from him. he should follow the other dude or the other dude should be following him that way they can watch each other's back and support each other in a gunfight.
>>64441731Fuck off Paul Blart
>>64441731i liked this show a lot but it's b movie tierthere's a lot of stuff like this, most of the gun battles are people standing in the open 20 feet from each other civil war style mag dumping and never hitting each other there's also stuff like a character breaking his hand and struggling with not being able to use it, then like literally seconds later the show seems to just have forgotten about it and the makeshift bandage on his hand dissapearslots of really dumb character decisions and shit that barely makes sense but its still really entertaining
>>64443020>This is not an ID thread. It's a>>watch this show >threadWhy the fuck would I advertise a 4 year old show? lol>he wouldn't be able to see much because it's miss aligned. That's why I asked whether it was practical in the OP. Looked misaligned to me but I don't know shit about magnifiers.>>64443568>most of the gun battles are people standing in the open 20 feet from each other civil war style mag dumping and never hitting each otherSee, I didn't mind this shit in the final battle of S1 since it was a bunch of city people who probably never fired guns in their lives getting their hands on full-autos with no training or cohesion. Them hip firing like they'd seen in movies is believable, and importantly their shit tactics had consequences. They ended up constantly raking each other with friendly fire and failing to put zombies down with clean headshots.S2 it's less forgivable since one of the main groups is at least led by a combat veteran, with it seeming to be implied other members are also vets, and while they do perform better than the scavengers from the city, it's not by much.
>>64441731>That's really bad tacticsThere's a tactic? It just looks like he's walking with his rifle up.
>>64443568>there's also stuff like a character breaking his hand and struggling with not being able to use it, then like literally seconds later the show seems to just have forgotten about it and the makeshift bandage on his hand dissapearsAre you talking about the background character in the last episode? He dislocated a finger while beating the shit out of that one guy. The other guy came in and relocated it. The girl got him a bandage (buddy tape), but he had to check outside before he could actually apply it. Then he got tackled by a zamb while firing one-handed.He opens the door with the hand a finger got dislocated on, but he used one finger to do so, presumably one of the ones that wasn't dislocated.
