Does it have any practical use besides looking cool?
>>64450096being absurdly overpowered in video games due to its rof
>>64450096The automatic one is very useful; it's only the semi-auto one that's pointless.
>>64450096>Does it have any practical use besides looking cool?I think you can use it to shoot things. Hope this helps, OP

>>64450440Even in full auto its value is dubious. It's a pistol the size and weight of a rifle, of course it's going to have very little recoil. Does the recoil countering action actually matter? Why not carry an actual rifle instead?
>>64450471Damn, you're really going to make me play devil's advocate when I'm usually the one shitting on PCC, fine. Despite being the same weight. SMGs are still smaller and more maneuverable in tight spaces; furthermore, subsonic pistol cartridges are cheaper than subsonic rifle cartridges, and for anyone who isn't planning on getting expensive boutique cartridges like .300 BLK, the subsonic pistol cartridges are also more effective as a subsonic 147 gr 9mm and/or 230 gr .45 is going to hit harder than a subsonic 77 gr 5.56.A poor (like me) should probably just buy more ammo for his pistol and train with it, but for someone who has the funds for something nice, an SMG (or an unfortunate PCC with a cope FRT) can be beneficial. I wish I could mount a stock on all my pistols, but the NFA doesn't let me.
>>64450583I don't see how any of that applies to the Vector. Its sole "feature" is only potentially a feature in full auto, and a military or law enforcement agency buying these things isn't going to be paying much more for .300 than they would for subsonic 9mm, it's not an obscure cartridge and they'd be buying up entire production runs with bulk pricing.
>>64450463There he is again, correct as usual.
So real talk. Does the recoil system actually work or is it just marketing?
There's also a FRT for it
>>64450636consider the options;1. it works well, but hasn't proliferated because all the other drawbacks prevent the whole thing from coming out as a contender against the established meta firearms, given it's barely used by anyone who actually does work with firearms.2. it doesn't work well.sometimes there's a reason the animals ain't drinking at this particular watering hole.
>>644506523. It's patent encumbered.
>>64450660wow what a drawback. refer to 1.
>>64450096Fun to shoot, but jams up like a whore.
>>64450096The design is pretty much perfect for it to be modified to a pneumatic stealth gun. The weird block portion is just about exactly what you'd need to fire two magazines of 9mm at just below subsonic speed. That plus the suppressor would make it a very efficient stealth weapon or weapon for home defense to not blow out your own eardrums.
>>64450096>looking coolMaybe I'm just a fudd but these things are ugly as sin. A friend of a friend has one and I shot it once on a range trip. It was the most obnoxiously front heavy gun I've ever fired. I don't see the appeal at all when there are several other 9mm PCCs on the market with far better ergonomics and cost less then half of what this thing does.
>>64450647This, it runs at 1300rpm or some goofy shit like that>pneumatic stealth gunEuro pls go
>>64450606>I don't see how any of that applies to the Vector.Really? You don't see how a Vector is still shorter than most AR-15 SBRs, and you don't see how a subsonic .45 ACP has more mass than a subsonic 5.56? I guess you're just retarded.

>>64450096They're fun to shoot auto, but not really anything amazing. Also prone to explode for some reason.
>>64450096Has anyone ever adopt that thing? I can't even find local SWAT fielding those.
>>64450636Everyone I've seen that's actually been able to shoot a full auto one says it's pretty impressive.
>>64450440>The automatic one is very usefulhow would you know? you've never even touched a semi auto one.
>>64450647just not for sale yet
>>64452728I think Singapore or Indonesia uses them. It's one of the seamonkey countries. I can't remember if it was for police or military though.
