Rather than squeeze an extra round in a .38 revolver, why not make a smaller 5 shot .32? An even better pocket gun? Imo the K6s showed you can have almost a j frame with 6 shots of .357 if you bother, so the 6 shot .32 or .327 mag would be better as either actually just a 7 shot or a smaller 5 shot, with hot .32s or watered down .327

Money. Manufacturers can't support designing and tooling up for a caliber that's only barely hanging on by a thread because of enthusiasts.

Maybe this is a novel concept but companies should occasionally take risks

What was that? Did you say you wanted more polymer striker fired pistols and rechamberings of 100+ year-old designs? A super tiny 5 shot .32 would be a great pocket gun, and too bad .30 Super Carry was made as a 9mm competitor for capacitymaxing exiting guns rather than a .380 competitor for a new generation of mouseguns.

Unfortunately the last time someone tried something new in pocket guns it was complete flop.

Maybe two at once was a bit ambitious

327 has become more popular though. I see them a lot more than I used too. I'm bout to buy another 327 snubnose

They took risk with 327 and it's on life support still.

LMAO keltec fucking bodied any other pocket pistol when the p32 came out. NAA made a heavy turd anyway.

>>64452886
It's a cool caliber but it's still super niche. 5.7 has more availability desu.

*yawn*

What's that? I can't hear you over the sound of me carrying the most practical setup that no one can detect.

All the acp's are kino tho, even .380 and .32

I almost bought one once. It was like $200 at a pawn shop in Atlanta so I'm almost certain it was a murder weapon.

Carry revolvers have been solved for a half century and wanting innovation as a wheel gun enthusiast is laughable in and of itself. Either way, your ass wouldn't buy it regardless, so sit down and shut up.

Get a load of this solipsist

Now I'm thinking about a 5.7 pocket revolver slightly bigger than an NAA piece. Give it a Nagant-stylr gas sealing cylinder while you're at it.

The ultimate noguns retard carry piece

What I want is a revolver in 5.7mm

32s sell like ice in antarctica; that's why. It's just not worth making models in that caliber.
Most revolver guys think going DOWN to .357 magnum is a severe compromise. You're never going to get them to carry a 32 anything.
You're never gonna get most autoloader guys to take a second look at 32 either because we beat our flabby chests over capacity.
>an extra round
dog...that's called one in the pipe. We, the autoloading guys, got more rounds stuffed in just one of our extendos than you've got in your entire house.
