That video doesn't show an evasion (those missiles aren't designed to hit-to-kill) but a limitation of the fuze, they aren't sensitive enough against a small drone.The radar tracked, locked on and guided the missile to that drone but the fuze wasn't up the task.

When a rear facing camera notices anything other than clear skies it automatically does evasive manouvers to dodge Ukranian FPVs. Weirdly enough it doesn't seem like most have it, and the ammount has significantly dropped as we never see them doing it anymore, could just be survivorship bias though.
