The 1911 and Luger might not cycle properly, but they could be made to fire at least their first shots. That is, assuming that the 1911 was attached to this rig on its frame, rather than the bar seeming to be welded to the side of the slide, which would almost certainly get in the way of proper cycling.

The Uzi, be it a semi-auto carbine or an actual open bolt full-auto, would probably function fine. Or mostly fine.
The revolver looks like a single action, so you would need to cock the hammer before every shot, but it should work if you keep doing that.
