Royal Canadian is strangely not a bad sipper at how cheap it is. Crown Royal anything is pretty much shit, with three exceptions. First is picrel. The only made it for one year and is basically a bourbon by American standard. At around $65 a fifth, I'd say it was priced about $15 more than it should have been. It is a fantastic pour though and I wish I could find some NOS within 10 miles. Second is the XR line. Ive never had a chance to try the XR from the Waterloo distillery, but the LaSalle wasn't bad. Third, I honestly prefer the XO over the blue XR.

On the chinese rifles meant for AK mags, they shaved that bottom portion of the bolt so mags could be removed without locking the bolt to the rear. It was common for bubbas to do the same in the tapco era, too.
